2025 - Jeff LoGioco's Save The Bay Swim Page - Year # 7 (without shingles)

The current marine forecast ranges from NE winds 5-10kts, ENE 5-10kts, S 5kts, SSE 6-9kts and S 5-10kts at 8 am but all have clear conditions and this year, I don't have shingles :)
This year I swim for:
- My Pops - still going toe to toe with Alzheimer's
- My Mammacitas - still tending care for him 24/7
- My Fam - all love
- My Hoagy (dawg) - still beating the odds by fighting off meningitis & some auto-immune BS
- My Friends - who are battling or in the early stages of preparing to battle a scary monster!
- My Sea - so much enjoyment for me comes from being on, in, under, riding, or near Narragansett Bay & our surrounding waters.
I would appreciate you tossing a clam or two back into the sea in support of me.
