Thank you for supporting my swim!
Saturday July 19th I'll be swimming 2 miles across the bay, from the Navy base in Newport to Potters Cove in Jamestown.
I'm both excited and a little bit nervous because, while I’ve swum 2 miles in the ocean before, I’ve never done it across Narragansett Bay and honestly, it feels a bit scary.
But, that’s okay, because I’m doing it to support Save the Bay and their vision of a fully swimmable, fishable, healthy Narragansett Bay, accessible to all.
Will you join me and help me meet my fundraising goal of $1500 for a cleaner bay, by donating $25, $50, $100, or any amount that feels good to you? I appreciate every single donation and I appreciate you.Thank you.
With much love, gratitude, and nervous excitement,
Dawn
